Overview
Kraft Dinner wanted to revitalize the aging users of the Canadian dinner staple and remind them how fun it was to eat Kraft Dinner, or Mac’n Cheese, as a kid. The concept was to get adults to revisit their fun side and use fun as a currency at the KD Fun Shop. These were activations across the country and they had to be simple and study enough to be used and set up by non-technical people. I created the solution architecture, using big screen TVs, Android tablets, Windows servers and 4G network connections to push videos of people having fun to YouTube. The activations worked in real time as people were able to share their YouTube video as soon as they finished up their fun shopping. I managed the vendors (both client and internal) and the internal creative teams to make sure development and integration worked smoothly.
